Kevin has 30 years’ real estate experience and is an FCA Senior Manager and was one of the founders of Associated Retirement Community Operators, the trade body for senior living villages in the UK. He joined ORE in 2018 as a member of the management team and sits on the Investment Committee.

Kevin leads an award-winning senior living investment team who manage the Schroders/Octopus Retirement Living Fund 2019 and Senior Living Investment Partners with Pension Insurance Corporation 2022. Both invest equity in development joint ventures with the highest quality operators with a combined Gross Development Value of c£1.7bn. The team also runs the £0.5bn direct investment strategy on behalf of the Fern, the Octopus managed £3bn retail fund via Rangeford Retirement Villages.
