Entry Questions
Who can enter the awards?
Any company operating, investing or advising in seniors housing is welcome to enter the Awards. Companies can nominate themselves or can be nominated by another firm, for example a PR company.
How much does it cost to enter?
There is no charge for entering the awards.
How many categories can an organisation enter?
Organisations can enter as many categories as they would like. Please complete a separate entry form for each submission.
What is the entry process?
Organisations are asked to complete a short online form and to submit a document that will be put forward to the relevant judging panel.
Are there specific questions to be answered within the submission?
There are no specific questions to be answered within your submission. Submissions should be based on achievements over the past year (approx) in relation to the category you are entering. It may be helpful to include financial results and case studies within your submission.
What format should the document take?
Please submit the supporting evidence document in Microsoft Word or PDF format at the same time as filling out our submissions form.
When is the deadline for entries?
30 July 2025
Who judges the entries?
The finalist entries are judged by a panel of high profile, independent judges from across the sector.
Are the submissions confidential?
Yes. The judging panel are asked to sign a confidentiality agreement to confirm that they will not use or reference any of the Awards’ material outside the judging process.
When are the winners announced
The winners will be announced on the night of the Seniors Housing Awards; 23 September 2025 at Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
