Darren Clarke is a Senior Partner working within their Property & Investment sector within Arcadis with over 28 yrs experience as a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Project Manager including 18 years at Arcadis.

Darren has been leading the later living sector for Arcadis for over 7 years across the UK working with a number of the UK’s leading developer/operators notably; Audley Mayfield, IVG, The ExtraCare CT and others. Most recently he led the Arcadis and multi-disciplinary team on the £370m Perry Barr Regeneration Scheme from the outset with Birmingham City Council which includes a plot for Later Living.
