In addition to financing traditional residential and commercial developments across the country, Richard has been involved in most of Leumi UK’s transactions in the care and retirement living sectors over the past 12 years. Richard is well regarded across the sector, having participated in panels at previous HealthInvestor conferences and was a contributor to the ULI’s Later Living: Housing with Care guide.
