Ross Gates is a Managing Director in MGAC’s London office with 40 years of diverse experience as an architect, contractor, and project manager. Ross has worked for public and private clients across multiple sectors in the UK and internationally. Over the past ten years, Ross has helped developers in the Integrated Retirement Communities (IRC) and Retirement Living sectors achieve successful commercial outcomes.

Ross is a Chartered Architect and a Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). He serves on the ARCO Advisory Council and has been a key advisor over the years.
